Directions
- Open up the cans of tomatoes and pour them into a large bowl
- Chop up the onion. Medium chunks if blending, smaller mince if used for Pico de Gallo. Add to Tomatoes and stir
- Add garlic and chopped Cilantro to tomatoes and stir
- Add lime juice stir
- Taste and add salt as needed. It is best to let it sit and cool in the refrigerator before adding salt.

Spice it up!
* If you like spicier salsa add a small can of chopped green chilies.

Put everything into a blender. Blend to the consistency you prefer.
