Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a shallow dish, combine pistachios and flour. In another shallow dish, add egg whites.
- Dip one side of the salmon in egg whites and then press into pistachio mixture.
- Place fillets nut side up on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Repeat for the remaining three fillets. Spray top of fillets with cooking spray.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
