Directions
- Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Canned Roasted Corn
If you cannot find Fire Roasted Whole Kernel Corn. You can use regular can or frozen corn thawed. You can roast the corn in a frying pan. Do not use any oil! Put the pan at med-high to high heat. Stir constantly until you see brown and slightly black spots. Immediately remove from heat and put in a bowl to cool.
You can also just use canned corn as-is with no roasting.
