Directions
Step 1: Preheat the grill or a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Stir together seasoning mix and oregano.
Step 2: Brush both sides of the steak with oil and sprinkle with spice mixture—season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain into strips. Cut strips in half.
SIDE DISH DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Sauté 1 tsp Garlic in a small amount of olive oil until lightly toasted.
Step 2: Heat cauliflower according to package directions. Stir in butter and cheese, Basil, Oregano, Thyme and sautéd garlic.
Step 3: Sauté zucchini and the rest of the garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 4: Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
