Directions
Step 1: Shape lamb into 6 patties; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat a greased grill pan or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Grill burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center.
Step 3: Meanwhile, grate zest from lemon to equal 1 tsp; squeeze juice to equal 1 Tbsp.
Step 4: Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon zest, juice, 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper and cheese; spread mixture on buns.
Step 5: Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.
SIDE DISH DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Combine cucumber and radishes in a bowl; whisk together vinegar and remaining ingredients.
Step 2: Pour dressing over cucumber salad; chill 30 minutes.
